Aquifer

Aquifer is a soil surfactant that has the unique characteristic of producing both downward and lateral (omni-directional) movement of water through soil, producing a uniform moisture profile.

This allows equal distribution of both water and nutrients throughout the rootzone, resulting in less summer stress, reduced wilt and localised dry spots, and an improved re-wetting capability.

Aquifer is a non-ionic and environmentally-safe formulation. It does not burn and does not need watering in.

It is the ideal solution for dry, compacted and hydrophobic soils when used in conjection with a good water management programme.

Aquifer can be injected through irrigation systems or tank mixed for spray applications.

Application

  • Golf and General Turf: Apply at 30ml in 8 litres of water per 100 m²
    • (Repeat application at monthly intervals throughout the growing season)
  • Irrigation Systems: Inject at 9.5 ~ 14 litres per hectare
    • (Repeat application at monthly intervals throughout the growing season)
  • Hydrophobic Soils: Apply 190 ~ 225ml in 12 litres of water per 100 m².
    • (Repeat at 15 days intervals until problem is solved)
  • Sports Turf: Apply 130 ~ 190 ml in 12 litres of water per 100m²
    • (Repeat at 30 to 60 days intervals as needed)

Pack size:

  • 5 litres
  • 20 litres

Aquifer Granular

Aquifer soil surfactant is also available in a granular formulation which has the benefit of Profile(TM) Porous Ceramic (PPC) inorganic soil amendment that dramatically improves the moisture and nutrient holding ability of sand rootzones – permanently.

Added to the soil Aquifer Granular with PPC will improve drainage, increase moisture retention and enhance nutrient uptake. It will also increase soil oxygenation, encourage healthy root systems, resist compaction and help eliminate localised dry spot.

Application

  • Greens, Tees, Sports Fields and General Turf: 1kg per 100m².
    • (Repeat application at 30 days intervals throughout the growing season)
  • Hydrophobic Soils: 1.5kg per 100 m².
    • (Repeat at 30 days intervals under problem solved)
