Liquid silicon stress reducer for turf

VitaSil provides essential potassium and beneficial silicon plus uptake-enhancing humates.
- Stronger turf’ Silicon is increasingly recognised by turf managers as a vital component in nutrient programmes. VitaSil strengthens cell walls, toughens epidermal cells, regulates stomata action and boosts  plants’ natural defences to disease.
- Stress resistance. Turf strengthened with VitaSil is more resistant to heat stress, drought stress and wear. The resulting tougher cells boost the turf’s natural defence mechanisms and help resist disease attack. Stronger xylem cell walls maintain water flow through the plant under all stress conditions maintaining metabolic activity resulting in quicker recovery.
- Improved playing surface. Turf blades stand more erect when fortified with VitaSil so seed heads and stalky material are mown off more reliably, giving a cleaner cut, better appearance and faster ball roll for a better playing surface.
Application Guide:
Spray on monthly at 5 l/ha in 400 to 600 litres of water (50ml per 100m2 in 4 to 6 litres of water)
